Created in 1984, the Pelège Group has over 350 employees shared out in 10 specialities encompassing the entire field of real estate. It is, in its very essence, a general consultant in real estate, and is currently pursuing diversification in asset management and expertise.

Thanks to an active policy to develop its activities, the Group now covers all aspects of real estate: transactions, property management, property development, commercial real estate, expertise in delegated assignments, bank and insurance brokerage, wealth management, retirement homes, property and land evaluations, and asset management. Management is entrusted to experienced, high-performance directors in both operational and practical areas: legal, financial, human resources, technical, digital, and marketing.

In rental management and as a co-ownership trustee, the Group manages over 40,000 lots in Paris and its inner suburbs. In transactions, it completes over 1,000 sales per year with Vaneau for prestige properties, and with Vaneau Bureaux & Commerces for commercial premises. In estate management, Vaneau Patrimoine and its subsidiaries offer all kinds of savers the widest possible diversity of products and services (tax incentive schemes, SCPI, life insurance…).

The Group is also active in the brokerage field with Assurances Saint-Germain and BMS for insurance brokerage and Exell Crédit for bank brokerage. SEMIIC Pro and Qap City handle property development, delegated project management, and consultancy in construction, with numerous references in Paris and the Île-de-France. Joining the Group in 2022, Vif Expertise is a benchmark in terms of real estate expertise.
