Investing in Mauritius

Harmonie Golf & Beach Estate is being developed under the PDS regime enabling foreigners wanting to invest in Mauritius, to acquire a freehold property. Such an investment will make them eligible to a Mauritian residence permit. There are many advantages for holders of this permit including, among other things: a fixed 15 % income tax rate (personal tax, corporate tax and VAT), free repatriation of profits, no taxation on interest or dividends at source, and no taxation on capital gains.
