In parallel to the opening of a new agency in Marrakesh, on three floors and decorated in partnership with Ligne Roset/Cinna, this showcase resembling a real apartment can welcome local and international clients in one of its numerous lounge areas, its vast connected drawing-room or, for private conferences, in the room bearing the same name, accommodating up to 40 guests.

The Vaneau Trocadéro team has been receiving its clients here since July, and the old agency at 64 Avenue Raymond Poincaré is also being embellished to host the team of the "Viager" - Bare Ownership department.
