Founded in 1984, the Groupe Pelège has 300 employees in 15 companies and departments covering the entire spectrum of real estate. By its very nature, it is a "general practitioner" in real estate, and is currently pursuing its diversification with asset management.

Thanks to an energetic development policy for its activiies, the Group now handles all aspects of real estate: sales, property management, property development, commercial real estate, mastery of delegated project supervision, bank and insurance brokerage, seasonal rentals, heritage management, wealth and land management, asset management.

The Group is managed by experienced, high-performance Directors in both operational and practical spheres: legal, financial, accountancy, human resources, technical, computer and marketing aspects.

In rental management and trusteeship for co-owned properties, the Group manages over 40,000 lots in Paris and on its near periphery. In terms of transactions, it orchestrates over 1,000 sales per year with Vaneau for prestige properties, and with Vaneau Bureaux & Commerces for commercial and office premises. In asset management, Vaneau Patrimoine and its subsidiaries offer the widest diversity of products and services to all kinds of savers (tax reduction schemes, SCPI, life insurance…).

The Group is also active in the field of brokerage with Assurances Saint-Germain and BMS for insurance, Exell Crédit for bank brokerage.

Focusing on property development, delegated project supervision and construction advice, Proxity, SEMIIC Pro and Qap City have many references in Paris intra-muros and the Île-de-France. 

This family-run Group now reports equity of 38 million euros and turnover of about 40 million euros.
