Created in 1984, the Pelège group has over 350 employees shared out in 10 activities covering the entire spectrum of real estate. It is intrinsically a general practitioner in real estate, with recent developments in asset management and managed residences. Thanks to an energetic development policy for its activities, the Group now covers all aspects of real estate: transactions, property management, property development, service sector properties, delegated project management, bank and insurance brokerage, asset management, retirement homes with services, expertise in land and properties, asset management.

Management is handled by experienced directors providing high performance in both operational and practical fields: legal, financial, human resources, technical, data processing, marketing. For rental management and property trusteeship, the Group handles over 40,000 lots in Paris and its immediate vicinity. As for transactions, it completes over 1,000 sales per year with Vaneau for prestige real estate, and with Vaneau Bureaux & Commerces for service sector properties. For asset management, Vaneau Patrimoine and its subsidiaries offer all savers the widest diversity of products and services (tax reduction schemes, SCPI, Life Insurance…).

The Group is also active in the field of brokerage with Assurances Saint-Germain for insurance, Exell Crédit for banks. SEMIIC Pro and Qap City focus on property development, delegated property management, and construction consultancy, with numerous references in Paris and the Île-de-France. Vif Expertise, which joined the Group in 2022, is a reference in real estate expertise.
