For 50 years, Vaneau has specialized in the sale and rental of prestige properties in France and on the international scene, pursuing a constant quest for excellence.
Launched in 1972 on the street of the same name, at the heart of the 7th arrondissement, Vaneau soon took its place among major players in prestige real estate in Paris, first on the Left Bank, then the Right Bank, with the opening of the Trocadéro agency in 1977 on Avenue Raymond Poincaré. Then followed the Luxembourg and Champ-de-Mars agencies, strengthening Vaneau's historic anchorage on the Left Bank.
In 2011, Vaneau joined the Groupe Pelège, then developed exponentially at the initiative of the new managerial team. Today, Vaneau has 15 agencies in prime locations in the capital's most desirable neighbourhoods: Le Marais, Luxembourg, Faubourg Saint-Germain, Saint-Honoré, Trocadéro, Village d’Auteuil… but also in Neuilly and Boulogne. In parallel, Vaneau took up quarters in Cannes, in a magnificent agency of 150 sq.m on the Croisette, and developed its international activities in Miami, Marrakesh and Brussels, where it now has four agencies.
Vaneau offers its clients one of the most exhaustive proposals on the market for high-end real estate, on and off market: pieds-à-terre, family apartments, houses and private mansions. For several years, Vaneau has also developed a full array of services to assist its clients, both buyers and sellers, well beyond their real estate transactions: asset management, rentals, rental management, "viager" (life annuity real estate), new property developments, loan brokerage.
